PHB has plenty of good descriptions to rank most of the conditions one can be put through. I find it useful to gauge where a condition lies on the totem pole when designing custom powers for classes. Here's what I came up with as far as what is on pages 277 (Conditions) and 278 (Durations). Conditions in the list below go from worst to best for the target being affected by them.

Would you say this is overall accurate (not taking into account a specific situation in which, for example: dazed, is worse than usual for your character)? Did I forget any that should or need to be iterated?

Also, I guess its a given with most of this, but I am unsure about Blinded and Deafened particularly; I am only sure that Blinded is certainly worse than Deafened...but is it worse than being Dazed? Is Deafened worse than Granting Combat Advantage?

Conditions
  • Unconscious

  • Dominated

  • Petrified

  • Stunned/Surprised

  • Restrained

  • Prone

  • Dazed

  • Blinded?

  • Immobilized

  • Granting Combat Advantage

  • Deafened?

  • Marked

Durations
  • Until the end of the encounter

  • Save ends

  • Until the end of your next turn

  • Minor sustain

  • Move sustain

Damage
  • Dmg + Ongoing (save ends, but failed save means more damage)

  • Dmg + Ongoing (save ends)

  • Increased damage die or area Damage

  • Normal Damage

Problem here is that a lot of those conditions are more or less serious depending on your character...

For my Fighter, Immobilized and Stunned are sometimes on the same level; if he's not in melee there's nothing he can do.

Similarly; a blaster Sorceror could care less about being blind, since it doesn't apply to his attacks anyway.

Regarding your fighter, being Immobilized and Stunned are quite a bit different; not sure how they are on the same level even in the way you describe. Immobilized means you just can't move from your space, though you can teleport, be pushed, etc. But Stunned means you grant CA, can't flank, and can take no actions (including heal, pull out an item, use an item, change stances, even ranged attack; all things you could do if you were merely Immobilized)

Problem here is that a lot of those conditions are more or less serious depending on your character...

Not sure why it is a problem persay. I mean its true that some effects are worse than others in given situations, but it doesn't present any problem with figuring out which effects are worse than others in general. Just the same, I added a little rewording of my question to discourage the tendency to think in that way when posting a response.
