| #1babooniclesAug 25, 2008 0:32:55 | Is it possible to convert the 3.5 Beguiler over to 4E? I can imagine having a very unique flavor to it what with it's focus on enchantments and what not. The reason I want to do this is because one of my players likes 4E, but LOVES the Beguiler and plays it very well. Problem is, I'm not a very experienced class builder (a couple PrCs in 3.5 is about the extent of it really) so any help with this would be appreciated, as it would be my first "core" class undertaking. First order of business: Power source and basic class stuff like HP,role, skills, class features, etc. Thanks in advance for any help on this. I'll be posting things as I think of them to. Here's I'm thinking so far: Beguiler Primary Role: Controller Secondary Role: Leader Power Source: Shadow Key Abilities: Charisma, Intelligence, Dexterity Armor: Cloth, Leather Weapon Proficiencies: Simple Melee, Simple Ranged Implement: Blade, Wand Bonus to Defenses: +1 Will, +1 Reflex Hit Points at 1st level: 12 + Constitution score HP per Level Gained: 5 Healing Surges: 6 + Constitution modifier Trained Skills: Streetwise. From the class skills below choose 4 trained skills at first level: Diplomacy(CHA), Bluff (CHA), Intimidate(CHA), Perception(WIS), Stealth(DEX), Insight (WIS), Thievery(DEX), History (INT) Yes or no to start? Oh, and please, PEACH! |
