My present campaign is very fey-themed, and as part of that, and will be entering paragon-tier soon. Though it's still a ways off, my plotline at epic tier will be Lolth attempting to take the feywild for her own dominion, and to make herself queen over the eladrin, exterminating any who will not bow to her as queen. I thought, to fit with her deceptive nature, a major part of this plan is to distract Corellon by inciting a war between himself and Sehanine, so that the two deities most heavily associated with the fey will fight among themselves while she prepares to strike from the shadows.

My question is then, does anyone have any ideas for what could cause a rift between Corellon and Sehanine? Presently I've come up with few ideas, as nothing in their philosophies stands out as strikingly incompatible.

Nature V. Magic?  The slowing of the advance of magical knowledge when it interpheres with what is considered the natural order. Kind of a technologists vs enviromentalist thing, but with magic used in the place of technology.

If anyone's interested in what I eventually came up with, a friend of mine got me past my creativity block by suggesting that they didn't have to be fighting so much about actual philosophical differences, but merely pride and ego.

here's what I'm going with...

Lolth, demon queen of spiders, has long dreamed or taking vengeance upon Corellon and Sehanine for driving her from the feywild when she corrupted the forebears of the eladrin and created the drow. However, the combined might of Corellon and Sehanine is too much to make war against their dominions. She knows she must divide them in order to succeed in her invasion.

Lolth begins her plan by taking the form of Sehanine and visiting promising eladrin mages. She teaches them art of drawing power from the Shadowfell, “You shall find my power bends to your will so much more easily than Corellon’s. Why implore Corellon whose arcane power comes so begrudgingly? Worship me, and I shall grant you even greater knowledge of the shadow arts”. The eladrin, believing that they are dealing with Sehanine, accept the gift, and begin practicing shadow magic (i.e. use the shadow power source). The eladrin do not yet suspect the dread consequences that drawing upon the power of the Shadowfell holds.

When Corellon hears report that Sehanine has been subverting eladrin mages with shadow power, he is concerned. When he further learns that Sehanine has asked these eladrin to worship her alone, he is furious. He believes that Sehanine is undermining his place both as god of the eladrin, and attempting to diminish the influence of arcane magic. Sehanine pleads her innocence, but Corellon, knowing that Sehanine is a trickster goddess, remains dubious.

Lolth continues teaching shadow magic to promising students, who become allured by its easy power, as Lolth hoped they would. One necromancer leads an army of wraiths against the court of Summer. Outrage at shadow power abounds among the eladrin. Corellon declares the shadow arts forbidden, and further states that anyone found practicing them will be considered an enemy of Corellon and the feywild.  Sehanine objects to this; why punish all for the evils of one? Sehanine believes freedom is paramount, and that all must have the freedom to follow their own destiny. She begins ordering her worshippers to hide and defend the shadow users.

For Corellon, this confirms his suspicions, he openly declares that Sehanine is betraying him, and the two deities break fellowship with one another and begin feuding. Soon the deities’ followers join the struggle. Lolth, delighted at the results of her plan, continues to plot from the shadows, confident that Corellon and Sehanine’s feud will keep them distracted until it is too late…

I'm very impressed by how you developed the feud between Corellon and Sehanine.  Really, this sounds like a very fun campaign.  I wish I could try it.
