#1 Olinswordforger Sep 14, 2009 23:09:02	I would like to creat a magic Tatoo for my group, and I have some Ideas for how i would like it work, but where I am having difficulty is with deciding on the items level and thereby its cost. is there any rules or guidlines for creating items and enchantments, when what your looking for does not exist yet (or as yet not published)
