#1 jhanzur Apr 21, 2009 13:01:59	What would be difficulty of the NPC(solo, elite, or standard) created using the guidelines layed out in the DMG(One at-will, one encounter, one daily+ racial powers)? Do they get feats?
#2 Pinnacle Apr 21, 2009 14:13:10	I'm fairly sure the rules for creating NPCs on pages 187-8 are meant to be standard monsters. They do not get feats or many magic items--they get their level bonus instead, to simplify things. There are also the class templates on pages 182-2, which create an elite when added to a standard monster, or a solo if added to an elite (or if two of them are added to a standard). You could build a standard NPC then add a class template or two to create elite or solo NPCs.
