I have been away from gaming now for about 15 years. Although being away hasn't stopped me from coming to the forums and seeing what some of you are up to.

About four years ago myself and a group of five other very creative minds created an entire world from the landscape to the gods and from the evil to the good. It took us nearly two years to do so working on it mainly when we had time.

Well I am getting that itch again to create another entire world from scratch. SO I would like to see who is willing to help this time and from seeing alot of the threads there are some very creative minds out there so it doesnt matter how many help with it this time.

I do not want to create this world based on any version of D&D as I am an old timer and do not like the d20 system. Yeah call me old fashioned but its just me.

I do have some ideas already as to soemthings for the world but I need all the creative minds out there to help with this one. Two years was along time last time but in actuallity if we do everything to the tee then this may take alot longer with many different inputs.

If you are willing please post a thread letting me know and I will start shring some of my ideas. If I don't I will try again later to see if anyone wants to take the time to create like in the old days.

Dec 26, 2009 12:21:32 If you have time/interest, you should check the Lords of Creation game on this same forum. The entire point is to make a in-depth and fun new setting.

Dec 26, 2009 12:26:20 I have checked out the Lords of Creation forum. And once again I am an old timer so I am not used to building the world around the gods as much of the Lords of Creation is about.

Do not get me wrong it is creatively built. It also has some very thought out processes in it.

I am more into the creating of the world and creating the gods to fit such world. As I said I have done this before and want to do it again but if not I will just move on.

Check back in another week or so; lots of people are still doing Christmas stuff, and with the lack of new articles on DDI and the internet in general I'm sure most people aren't even bothering to check.

As for me, I wish you luck but don't have much to share in the first place. I'm much more of an extrapolater, expanding upon small ideas others have generated. I also don't have time to participate in such an extensive project. ;)
