Aiming for a magic item level around 5 tops though not too important it's a bit over, and the plan is for it to gain a flight speed in paragon, though not sure about extra properties, if any, in epic yet.

Stone Boar
Size: Medium
Speed 6, 8 when charging

At-Will:
Basic Attack: Level + 5 vs AC; 1d8+4 damage
Special: at 11th level damage is 1d8+ 8 damage, at 21st level damage is 2d8 + 12 damage

Charger: Trigger: Mounted by a friendly rider
Effect: The Wood Boar grants its rider a +5 bonus to damage rolls on charge attacks.

Encounter:
Goring Charge; Standard
The Stone Boar moves its speed and makes one or two basic attacks against adjacent creatures, on a hit the target is knocked prone.
