I was just wondering if there will be any summoning spells for the fourth edition?

If not, does anyone have any ideas on how to set up a balanced spell? I had the idea that a warlock can summon a low level creature based on what form they specialize in; while feral and fey are fairly obvious, would the last form summon astral creatures or creatures of nature? What would you think about Wizards able to summon simple elementals? Clerics summon creatures depending on their deity.

It seems to me that summoning is a ritual spell done to summon more powerful planar creatures to create alliances (with certain agreements/pacts made), and then spells done afterwards to summon the servants of those powerful entities. Do clerics already have a pact made with their deity or do they have to make an additional one?

Opinions?
