Dwarven Weapons
It bugs me that dwarves use axes. Axes (as weapons) are an innovation based on a tool for cutting wood. Are Dwarves renowned lumberjacks? Do alot of trees grow in the dwarven mines and tunnels? I thought not.

The tools that the subterranean, stone-focused Dwarves use are picks & mattocks (for chipping), spades (for digging) and hammers (for breaking up rock). They work great at damaging stone, so why not an enemy?

Dwarven weapons would instead be an innovation of the tool they actually use. Therefore...

There is no Dwarven War-Axe. Instead it is a Dwarven War-mattock (1d8/x4, piercing). Stats are otherwise the same.

The Dwarven Urgosh has no axe head. Instead it has a hammer head (bludgeoning damage instead), or mattock head (1d6/x4). Also, the spear-head is a wide, flat blade, resembling a spade (1d6/19-20 slash/piercing). The urgosh is a weapon based on a popular mining tool combination, with a hammer or pick on one side to chip or break up rock, and a spade on the other end to dig or clear away loose rubble.

This leads to the next part of this...

Weapon Types and Special Attacks
  • All types of weapons can sunder shields, including spears and thrusting weapons
  • Swinging weapons can sunder anything applicable for the Sunder action, be they piercing or slashing or bludgeoning. By "swinging" I mean a weapon you can attack in an arcing motion (instead of thrusting forward). This means a mattock or heavy pick can shatter a sword; if you can hit a weasel or songbird with a pick, you can hit a sword or spear.
  • You can cleave with any swinging weapon as normal. You can cleave linearly with a thrusting weapon if you can employ the spring attack feat, the improved bull-rush feat, the fly-by attack feat or the ride-by attack feat. In other words, if you can legally move that round after defeating the foe, and you have one of these feats, you can move (only in line with the thrust) and employ the Cleave feat on any foe directly behind them, up to a 45 degree angle.

I think you're looking for 3.x boards.

I think Wyld Mutation's right; if I remember correctly, there aren't any Racial Weapons in 4E.
