The basic goal is to design something similar to the eternal defender, except for the Barbarian Class, focused on the Rage aspect. So, here goes: Avatar of Rage Prerequisites:21st level, Barbarian Rage has consumed your heart. Your primal instinct has been honed to a razor's edge from a life long dedication to battle. You are constantly seeking tougher challenges and unleash your rage against anyone who challenges you. You seek an ultimate challenge, to become one with the rage inside you is your ultimate goal. Immortality? You have courage in the face of insurmountable odds. You leave a wake of dead bodies and destruction against all you face. Many speak of your accomplishments in battle. When a foe sees you on the battle ground they may flee in terror. Raging Terror: You have your greatest adversary. During the battle, you cut a swath of terror through your enemies, and devastated those around you. From now on you will be known as an unstoppable force of nature. Perhaps you take your rightful place at the side of a God, Kord, Gruumash, or any god of war. As an Avatar of your God, you seek battles and turn the tide against the foes of your master. Avatar of Rage Features Unstoppable Strength(21st Level): Increase your Strength score by 2. Once per encounter, you gain +5 to a Strength based attack roll. Hulking Rage(24th Level): You gain the Oversized descriptor, which does not increase your size, but allows you to use weapons of your size or larger as though they were your size. Unbridaled Rage(30th Level): You gain access to a 4th daily power with the rage keyword, picked from the Barbarian powers list. Avatar of Rage Power: Never Ending Rage: 26th level, Daily, Utility, Free Action, Personal After using your Rage Strike ability, you regain the use of the expending Rage Power. So it's pretty simple, the first to abilities are almost directly lifted from the Eternal Defender in Martial Power. The 3rd ability gives more choices to the Barbarian, letting them unleash another rage. I don't think the power is overpowered as Rage Strike can only be used twice per day, and the power is a daily as well. So, you will expend one daily with the Rage Strike, rather then the two you would normally use.

This is my only problem. I feel oversized is fair as a 34th level ED ability, but what you gave is not oversized. Oversized lets you wield weapons that are one size larger, yours says any weapon, so i could take a colossal weapon and wield it as a halfling.
