Fae Courts, feats, themes, destinies... Where are they? How about a little balance.

Let's talk a bit about the effects of the Faery Courts and character building.

There's the feat (source?) that creates difficult terrain (burst 1) centered in the square Fey Warlocks teleport away from. Kinda a weird quasi-controller aspect. In my experience, this was more annoying to my fellow players than a hinderance for the monsters. And the description specifically says that this is for Fey-Pact Warlocks aligned to the Winter-Court.
And the summer court feat is... oh, there isn't one.
Well, I'm sure it's in PH2... Nope.
PH3? of course not.
Arcane Power? No, nothing about the courts whatsoever. There is an Epic Destiny about being a Feyliege, which isn't bad.

Is the summer court information in essentials? Not that I'm aware of.

Heroes of the Feywild: If ever there was a place to detail the effects of association with the various courts (or provide any information whatsoever about the courts), this would be it. And... There is a sidebar about some minor stuff...
Oh, but there's a new theme: Unseelie Agent. OK, this would be related to the winter court and/or the trolls and goblins, and their masters. But no Seelie theme... Just Unseelie. It's like the writers don't even know there is a difference, or that the words have a meaning. Or they just didn't get around to it.
So, what else... basic descriptions of different cities.  Almost enough to imply vernal and autumnal courts, but no actual statement.
Oh, finally, and Epic Destiny specifically for Summer Court: The Shiraldi Champion. So, we have the first real Summer-Court... anything. And it isn't restricted to any class or group of classes--anyone can take it (so long as they aren't winter court).

So, to recap:
Winter court: 1 feat, questionablly a theme
Summer court: 1 epic destiny.
Open to any court: 1 other epic destiny.
Seelie: nothing
Unseelie: one theme

Why not list some other options?
Where is the information?
Is it in the Insider, requiring a subscription?

Courts: how many? Just summer and winter? or are there also courts for Autumn and Spring?

THEMES:
Unseelie Agent: as a theme, it isn't much. You can form a weapon in your empty hand, as a minor action.  Glowing eyes/darkvision isn't bad. I've built a couple of other classes with the theme.
Seelie Agent:  well, what would it be? Something available only to lawfully minded types? Or just to any Good? An encounter power that lets you add Radiant keyword to one attack?

There is the Fey Lord theme, which lets you have allies show up in battles and other minor powers, but is not Court-specific.

Feats:
We have only one Winter-court fey-warlock feat. How about something for Summer? (And Autumn/Spring?)
And maybe something for non-warlocks to take that would grant some benefit for affiliation with each of the courts?

Paragon Paths: FeyTouched is probably the best I've seen for Fey-pact warlocks, and it is non-denominational. How about something good for a (season) Knight, that would be good not just for Warlocks, but any class?

Epic Destinies: Shiraldi Champ has some good features and and some not-so-hot. At lvl26, you can demand an audience with the Summer Queen. So, you can have a chat with the DM. Um, I guess if that is the only way to get information about the plot, that might be OK, but seriously? Not seeing why that would be much help, even in a feywild-based campaign. But then again, a lot of lvl26 powers don't seem that impressive.
FeyLiege: good general ED, but not court-specific.
um, Winter Court Epic Destinies? (and Spring/Autumn?)

So, just a couple of ideas on what we are missing:
feats that affect the pact boon for non-winter court feylocks.
Feats for any class choosing to associate with any court.
Themes for courts other than Unseelie Agent (where the person with the theme doesn't necessarily even know who his/her master is...)

Am I the only one who actually cares?
It seems to me that we have at most 1/2 of the story here.

Yeah that's what happens when they announce a new edition before finishing the old one.

There's not even a flipping 4e half-dragon (and no dragon born don't ruddy count).

Oh, I did find the Fey Trickster Paragon Path, but it is for Gnomes only. But it is non-court specific. For what that is worth...

My insider account lapsed since I remember seeing this thing, but wasn't there a Blarani? Brilani? Wintersoul theme somewhere?
