Brutal Wielder (Weapon Group) Prerequisites: 11th level, Weapon Focus (Weapon Group), Weapon Specialization (Weapon Group) When you wield a weapon from the chosen group it gains Brutal 1, or its Brutal value increases by 1. |

For the math: A result of 1-4 increases to 2-4, which pushes the average from 2.5 to 3. A result of 1-6 increases to 2-6, which pushes the average from 3.5 to 4. A result of 1-8 increases to 2-8, which pushes the average from 4.5 to 5. ETC. For double dice weapons it's a bit higher: 2d4 becomes 2-8 -> 4-8, which moves the average from 5 to 6. That's +1 per [w]. |

I have thought coming up with a version of it for implement powers.

Encounter powers and Daily powers get even more love. A paragon feat if you ask me (because, IIRC, there are bracers in core which do the same, which are available at paragon level) |
