Do you think this feat would be overpowered or inline with other epic feats?

Perfect Concealment
Epic Tier
Prerequisites: 21st Level, Dex 21, Assassin, Shade Form Power

You gain the benefits of concealment and total concealment, including invisibility, even against creatures with extraordinary senses such as tremorsense, blindsight, and truesight. This feat provides no benefit against powers that ignore concealment.

Well, the only thing I see when looking at it is that the only way to conceal yourself from tremorsense, blindsense, or truesight would be to vanish off the board, away from the monster completely.  I mean just curious, but how do you see feat playing out, like how this is possible to work?  Or what the point is behind making the feat, if there is one.  Doesn't have to be, sometimes its fun just to make up stuff I mean.

I assume that the fluff would detail that you are literally disappearing into your shadow to the degree that you are concealed, or a least something of that nature. That's how I would imagine it.

I'm not quite sure how it would play out in game, but I can easily see the flavor being made to work particularly with it being an assassin only feat and you have all the shadow magic flavor you can come up with. Also, mechanically I like it because it means that stealth characters don't get immediately destroyed by a monster with tremorsense. That's just my opinion though.

The purpose of the feat would be to allow an Assassin to become hidden from monsters with extraordinary senses without the use of Superior Cover (Which doesn't work on Tremorsense monsters anyway). Many items/powers rely on the assassin being hidden.

Actually, didn't even realize it before but it is overpowered.  The feat says "You gain the benefits of concealment and total concealment, including invisibility,"

By the wording of the feat, if you're an assassin you take this feat you instantly become invisible and gain total concealment against everyone.  Period.  Now I get the meaning of the feat, but the wording actually would be taken as overpowered.

Just reword it to say something like when you have concealment, total concealment, invisibility, etc you have it against creatures with true sight, tremorsense, blind sense, etc.
