I have already started convering some of the stuff from Dragon Maic into 4e, so I have decided to start converting some dragonblood feats, including..... (shout it with me) DRACONIC HERITAGE! actually, I'm going to be posting feats in installments, starting with that one, plus the Dragontouched feat. So, here it goes:

Draconic Heritage
Prerequisite: Cha 14
Benefit: You Choose one dragon from the table below. This is your draconic heritage, which may not be changed, even with retraining.
When you declare your draconic heritage, you gain resistance 5 to the damage type that corresponds with your draconic heritage, as well as gain one skill, again depednding on your draconic heritage. If you are already trained in this skill, you gain a +3 bonus to rolls with it.

Dragon/Energy type/ Skill
Black/Acid/Stealth
Blue/Lightning/Perception
Brass/Fire/Streetwise
Bronze/Lightning/Nature
Copper/Acid/Stealth
Gold/Fire/Heal
Green/Poison/Stealth
Red/Fire/Intimidate
Silver/Cold/Endurance
White/Cold/Acrobatics

Dragontouched
Prerequisites: Cha 11
Benefit: You gain 1 hit point per tier (if you advance a tier, you gain a hit point). Also, you gain a +2 bonus to Perception checks, and Resistance 2 to one energy type.

Dragon Wings
Prerequisites: Dragonborn, 1st level
Benefit: You gain a +3 bonus to Athletics checks that involve jumping. You also gain a fly speed equal to your Strength or constitution modifier.

Claws of the dragon (Draconic)
Prerequisites: Draconic Heritage or Dragontouched, 4th level
Benefit: Your unarmed attack increases by one die (ex. changes from 1d4 to 1d6). If you are a dragonborn, or have another draconic feat, you increase your unarmed attack by two die.

Draconic Vigor (Draconic)
Prerequisites: Must have at least one arcane encounter or daily power
Benefit: When you use an arcane encounter or daily power, you may gain temporary hit points equal to the number of tiers you are in (ex. if you are in paragon tier, you gain two temporary hit poits). If the power is 16th level or higher, you gain regular hit points instead of temporary hit points.

I actually think that the Draconmicon coming out on the 16 of this month will cover a lot of this ground.

It's supposed to cover dragons in general. Dragon Magic material is more about the dragon-blooded.

I'd make this a multiclass feat, like Spellscarred or the Gladiator Weapon Mastery Feats. Seems interesting so far...

A multi-class feat? like, instead of choosing another class to exdperiment in, take this feat?

Yeah, your wording almost sounds like one already. And it would auto-limit you to one.

Well, I suppose so. There could probably even be a paragon path for it. Also, It'd be good for the system of multi-classing I use.

Just to clarify what was suggested, take a look at the Spellscarred in Forgotten Realms Player's Guide. It would be a good idea to model after that.

Also, and this is mostly a technicality...there's no Electrictricity keyword, its Lightning.

And also, Green should grant Poison Resistance, not Acid, since there's now a Poison type, that's what they deal.

Duly noted and edited. So, does anyone want any specific dragon-themed feats converted from 3.5 to 4e?

I have no general feats, but I have a dragonborn character who's looking to do more dragon-like things. Whatever you want to cover would be awesome.
