Hello all!

I'm thinking of running a Campaign kinda like a tactical role-playing game, where the group gets hired by a bounty hunter group, somehow gain ownership of the place, and taking bounties and other requests.

I also plan to have them be able to recruit people to outfit their ranks. This serves two good things: A) they can be different characters now and again, and B) I can have other players come in and not have to roll characters if they choose.

Is there anything I should know or anything that can be a huge problem?

The best advice I could offer is to keep it simple. If you are using your own world only make as much detail as you need. Players won't remember half the stuff. Unless you have the guy that remembers all. In that case bring a notebook.
Also your Bounty Hunter idea works well for recurring NPC's. I would probably hold off on letting them run the business till about paragon tier. That way it seems like a huge accomplishment on their part not plot device on your part.

It's a good idea, I like the aspect of being able to play different characters with the same motives and goals and not having to use deus-ex-machina solutions for it.
Maybe you have to watch that players want to trade gear between the characters to superoptimize, but that is not a serious problem.
