Orb of Imposition. I've seen other people's attempts to fix it, though, and they seem to go too far... so I've got my own. Add to ORB OF IMPOSITION: "If, at the end of its turn, the target fails its save against the modified effect, it immediately makes another save, unmodified by this ability. If the target succeeds at this save, the condition remains but the penalty imposed by Orb of Imposition is removed." |

MY personal favorite fix is to just have it be an immediate interrupt to impose the penalty to a single save, kind of the same way Staff of Defense is an immediate interrupt to add a bonus to AC against a single attack or the way Wand of Accuracy is a free action to add a bonus to a single attack roll. |

I had to word it that way to keep the solo with its +5 save from saving against Orb of Imposition before saving against the effect it's attatched to, thus basically rendering the feature nigh-worthless in the situation where it was most broken before. |
