The following is a series of ideas I had for a realm, class and culture that I thought might be interesting to others: Galaius (Ga-lay-us)               Timeframe based on: 1300 up to 1599. A world composed of mainly of water, shattered many years ago by the war between gods and primordial. The Elves, the Dwarves and many other races ,at the time, saw this conflict and prayed for it to end. Their prayers were answered by a long-forgotten ancient creature that’s very name struck fear in the hearts of the primordials and the gods…The Leviathan.             A creature that was imprisoned when the world was first formed, the Leviathan is chaos itself. The gods sealed him away within the world, while others believe the primordials did the same. Regardless, after the Leviathan was sealed away order, began to accumulate across the planet and along with it, humanity. After this had been done the divine presence of the gods and primordials had disappeared for several thousand years. As for where humanity came from, some say that before the divine left, they created humanity to bring order to the world and that when they return humanity would be treated graciously for their labors.             Of course this is all a common legend that the majority of inhabitants of Galaius dismiss. Unlike most other realms, the races in Galaius differ from their counterparts in other realms, each and every race capable of living within a “less-than-civilized” society. Although, some races are not usually found in Galaius, such as:  Deva, Genasi, Hengeyokai, Hamadryad, Revenant, Shade, Shardmind, Wilden and such.
