We're going to be playing a gnoll campaign as servitors of Yeenoghu.

I like some of the features in the MM entry, like "Pack Attack" and "Quick Bite". How could we integrate them as PC options? Maybe have them available as feats you can take? Or all PCs start with "pack attack", since we're all the same race, and it won't unbalance anything.

Those abilities would be best incorporated as feats in the Heroic tier. The stipulations would seem exactly the same, but it might need to be an at-will power. Staticly, it could work like this -

For every one of your gnoll allies that are adjacent to your target opponent, your ranged and melee attacks do 2 more points of damage. (this allows it to scale)

Orr it could merely be an at will power which does 1W+Str, +5 if condition is met. The damage increases to +10 at 11th and +15 at 21st?

The other powers closely mimic abilities you can get out of standard classes, which will otherwise be better than your typical gnoll ability.
