Not a huge deal, but PC races usually get a bonus to two skills. Judging from what I can see, maybe Nature might be appropriate?

Brawny Toughness: Use your Strength instead of you Constitution score to determine your HP.

There' nothing wrong with this from a balance point of view necessarily, but I just want to call it out as being interesting. I seems very much like you're trying to reduce MAD for melee builds, and I can't help but feel like the ability has quite a bit of power-gaming thought behind it... But as long as healing surges are still based off of CON, I can't see it being that easily exploited, I guess...

Bestial Animosity: When granted movement by an ally's class feature or power make a saving throw. On a failure you don't move but make a basic melee attack against any creature in range as an immediate reaction.

This I cannot make heads or tails of. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish with a racial feature so complex. I'm not even sure it makes mechanical sense. Immediate reaction to what? This whole mechanic is very questionable...
In either case, it's not very good design philosophy. By specifying a basic melee attack, you deny use of this racial feature to members of the race who aren't necessarily members of a weapon-using melee class.

One skill bonus and only one language are meant to balance the more powerful HP boost.

Bestial Animosity represents the difficulty of commanding such a character for leaders, but at the same time can be used for good: the Gor becomes a secondary melee controller whatever its role is when commanded while immeresed in a mob of enemies in conjunction with the racial fenzy, or simply gets more attacks from leaders who generally have more powers and features that grant movement. Look at the Cunning Bard for example. It simply encourages the Gor to stay some squares away from allies since he/she can be dangerous. And it adds a fun randomness (either result of the roll can be an advantage) that is themed with the Chaotic nature of the race.
Oh, it's an immediate reaction to the power that grants movement. It could actually be more of an Immediate Interrupt since then you don''t move. But the purpose is making it immediate and not free so that they never make more than one extra attack per round this way.

Adding a rage as a racial power makes the race one that barbarians can really favor, making Rage Strike usable before 5th level and such.
Any character class benefits from the mobility that this feature gives, and the close burst basic attack is meant to add to the "melee controller" aspect that this race should accentuate in any character.

Remember that with PHb2 a feat called Melee Training lets you choose to which ability tie your basic attacks, so it's ok even for Wizards. it's a race that makes you more melee whatever you are, look at the feats.
Every race favors some classes and especially some roles. The trick is favoring some things, without necessarily hinder others, which is what this race does.
