The 4e DMG would benefit from having a lot more advice on adventure making. Like advice on event-based adventures, the structure of them, how to get you're PCs from encounter to encounter, ect. I have a lot of trouble with event-based adventures. There should also be advice on dungeon adventurers, wilderness adventurers, ect.

Yes it would. I think that is at least part of the plan behind the 4.0 Dungeon Masters' Guide.

But I'm not sure...

Could someone that has the DMG post the chapter heading?

May I ask why can't you adapt that information from the 3.5 DMG? I haven't seen the 4.0 DMG so I'm not sure what's so all fired difficult about it but the 3.5 DMG 1 & 2 provide quite a bit of usable material that's adaptable. Further, you can find quite a bit of ideas in the Dungeon Mastering for Dummies guide - no joke. There's some terrific ideas in there for the DM to really grab a hold of how to setup a world and campaign.

You're kidding RIGHT! 4.0 is THE NEW game. Complete and created by the greatest creative team available.

You are NOT kidding.
So you think it is fine that the new Edition is incomplete.

Actually I thought the 3.5 & 4.0 DMG took real strides in this area (yes, I've noticed I'm starting to sound fanboi-ish, trying not to) which jogged me to think about writing a quest-builders handbook for my own reference.

I'm short on time generally but if somebody wanted to collaborate or accept help I'd be happy to contribute.
