Has someone converted CoW yet?

I'vebeen thinking of the Council of Wyrms campain box set I've got in my attic, and I've been thinking that it could be made into a decent 4th edition setting.

Much would have to be tweaked, of course... For instance, Gem Dragons seem to be out of 4E, but the MM refers to Catastrophy, Planar, and Scourge dragons as things that will be added in future expansions, and fitting them in could take some work.

I was wondering if anyone had already worked out the setting in 4E, or if I was going to have to write it up myself. Many thanks in advance.

I've started work on converting it, and I ran into an interesting comparison.

The island chain of Council of Wyrms is called the Io's Blood Isles. In the standard 4E cosmoligy, Io last existed in the Primordial War, when he was cleft in twain by the Primordial King of Terror. Generally, this would produce a lot of blood, I would think. The Dragonborn origin myth also refers to the blood of Io.

The more I worked with this premice, the more it seemed like the Council of Wyrms was the ruling body of Ancient Arkhosia. Replace the elves, dwarfs, and Gnomes of CoW with Dragonborn, and the Human Dragonslayers across the sea with the infernal empire of Bael Turath, and you have a pretty fair matchup.

Could people PEACH this concept?
