HB Swordmage power; how do I word this?

I am looking for an elegant way to word a homebrew swordmage power for a campaign I am in.

Here is the power as I have it:

Blink Strike ** Swordmage Attack Level 1
You blink out of existence, only to reappear behind the enemy with your sword in their back.
Encounter * Arcane, Teleportation, Weapon
Standard action * Melee Weapon
Target: One creature adjacent to you.
Attack: Intelligence vs. Reflex
Effect: Before the attack, you may teleport into a different square adjacent to the target.
Hit: 1[W] + Intelligence modifier damage.
Special: You can use this power in place of a melee basic attack when charging.

So, the idea is, when using the power, you start adjacent to the enemy, or when charging, you end your move in the closest space adjacent to the enemy, and THEN you can teleport to any adjacent square, and THEN you make the attack vs. reflex.

The issue is, none of the powers that have a movement effect before the attack require you to start the movement adjacent to the target.  I cannot quite figure out the most elegant way to word this to remove any ambiguity about the requirement that you must start the telportation, and end the teleportation, adjacent to the target.

 Any ideas?

Is the purpose to make Feycharging builds really, really easy?

Also, the Roundabout Charge feat has a similar effect to your teleportation.

No, it has nothing to do with feycharge.  This is a power for my character in a campaign, who will not be taking feycharge.

If the Target is "One creature adjacent to you" I'd make the range of the power Melee 1 instead of Melee Weapon to avoid confusion.

Other then that, I don't see any wording issues? Looks fine and clear to me.
