Along the same lines as the Dhampyr article; expanding it to some of the classics: angelic heritage, draconic heritage, primordial heritage, etc. Starting with: Aesimirs - cross breed creatures with the power of the Astral Sea as their birthright. Astral Heritage [Astral Bloodline] Prerequisite: Living humanoid race Benefit: You gain Lightning Strike as an encounter power. Additionally, you gain a +2 bonus to Perception and Insight checks to sense and recognize Aevirs and creatures from the Astral Plane. Special: You are considered an angel for effects that relate to angels. Lightning Strike Description Encounter * Lightning Standard Action Close Burst 1 Target: Enemies within burst Attack: Constitution+2 vs Fortitude, Wisdom+2 vs Fortitude, or Charisma+2 vs Fortitude Hit: 1d4+Wisdom modifier Lightning damage and targets have -2 penalty to Reflex until the end of your next turn. Increase to +4 bonus and 2d4 Lightning damage at 11th level; +6 bonus and targets are dazed until the end of your next turn instead of -2 penalty to reflex at 21st level. Special: When selecting the Astral Heritage feat, you determing whether you use Constitution, Wisdom or Charisma to attack with this power. Heroic Tier Feats Astral Courage [Astral Bloodline] Prerequisite: Astral Heritage feat Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to saving throws versus fear effects. Angelic Presence [Astral Bloodline] Prerequisites: 10th level, Astral Heritage feat Benefit: You can swap one 10th-level or higher utility power you know for angelic presence. Angelic Presence You seem to grow in presence with either terrible or glorious majesty. Daily Standard Action Personal Effect: Attacks against you take a -2 penalty unless you are bloodied. This lasts until the end of your next turn. Sustain Minor: Your angelic presence persists. Radiant Body [Astral Bloodline] Prerequisites: Astral Heritage feat Benefit: You gain Resist 5 Radiant and receive bonus hit points equal to your Wisdom modifier from powers with the Healing and Radiant keywords. Paragon Tier feats Angelic Form [Astral Bloodline] Prerequisites: 11th level, Astral Heritage feat Benefit: You can swap one 10th-level or higher utility power you know for angelic form. Angelic Presence Your lower extremities grow hazy and blur together and wings of radiance grow from your back as your rise from the ground. Daily Polymorph Standard Action Personal Effect: You gain a fly (hover) speed equal to your movement. This lasts until the end of the encounter. Wrathful Countenance [Astral Bloodline] Prerequisites: 15th level, Astral Heritage feat Benefit: You can swap one 10th-level or higher daily power you know for wrathful countenance. Wrathful Gaze You are of the blood of one who faced down Primordials and fought with all Creation as the stakes and it shows. Daily Fear Standard Action Close Blast 2 Target: Enemies in blast Attack: Constitution+4 vs Will, Wisdom+4 vs Will, or Charisma+4 vs Will Increase bonus to +6 at 21st level Hit: The target is stunned until the end of your next turn. Aftereffect: The target is dazed (save ends). Miss: The target is dazed (save ends). Special: When selecting the Wrathful Countenance feat, you determing whether you use Constitution, Wisdom or Charisma to attack with this power. Glorious Storm [Astral Bloodline] Prerequisites: 11th level, Astral Heritage feat Benefit: When you use your lightning strike power you may spend a healing surge as a free action. Epic Tier feat Place holder Name [Astral Bloodline] Prerequisites: 21st level, Astral Heritage feat Benefit: Creatures hit by your lightning striker power gain Vulnerability 10 Radiant until the end of the encounter.
