Level 17 Encounter powers

Toxic Spiral: Controllery, may want to reduce the damage becuase it attacks reflex and the target and all adjacent targets will take the extra poison damage (since they have to start their turn inside. Don't really know why it has the lightly obscured property (I know why thematically) becuase wouldn't that grant the enemies a bonus?

Intensifying Strike: Leadery, and like above may want to lower damage.

Vampiric Shadow: I beleive the Battlemind has something similar, though make it only one target or until the end of your next turn.

Cancer of the Soul: ? don't do the times bonus, just make the damage if the first time the target attacks an ally until the end of your next turn.

Interesting that most of the above powers have a similar effect.

Toxic Spiral: Lowered the damage a die. Anyway, lightly obscured squares mean that all non-adjacent creatures have concealment, so yes, it gives the enemies concealment, but they also take a penalty to attack unless they're adjacent to their target.

Intensifying Strike: Nerfed.

Vampiric Shadow: Note that it also hits allies, and targets fortitude (typically the highest NAD). It also has no damage roll, so you don't get any extra damage (from feats, items, enhancement bonus, etc.) beyond the flat ongoing 10.

For comparison, check the Wizard Level 3 Encounter power "Fire Shroud" in the PHB. Compared to that, I hardly think this power is overpowered.

Cancer of the Soul: Clarified.

Yeah, the effects are somewhat similar in that they all deal extra damage if the enemy does a certain thing, but the triggers are different.

Level 19 Dailies

Curse of Sloth: Not sure on this one since I don't have my books with me. But the damage + effects make me iffy for you get a healing surge, do 4d10 damage, and the enemy is slowed (and possibly weakened. It seems like a lot to me, but not gazing at the books.

Curse of the Stricken: Seems to me that this is too powerful as the save is a pain and effecting all lot of enemies. It's interesting, but probably a bit OP.

Curse of the Traitorous Dark: May not want this to be contagious, for it could potentially last forever and rack up a huge bar of damage.

Curse of Inescapable Fate: Seems fine, basically simiar to one of the assasin's PPs.

Curse of the Tempest: Seems, fine though the range may be a bit much as if the enemies are stictly melee, I don't see how they could avoid the damage. Either that, or maybe reduce the damage to just a modifier. The Curse effect ends wierd takes damage when it makes an attack that doesn't include the creature that marked it? It makes sense, but is weird.

Sorry, real life has kept me busy. Anyway, I fixed the stuff you mentioned. For the last one, I made it "the creature that marked it" because you can mark it with your Dark Companion.

Don't worry about it. Smile
