Greetings fellows,

I'm merely looking for some confirmation on a few enemies I put together for my game this Saturday. I think they turned out alright and the numbers crunch correctly, but I'm a pretty new hand to making baddies in 4E and wanted to bounce them off some (hopefully) more knowledgable people. The party is composed of 3rd level characters (typically our game is home to 5-7 players per session) and these bad guys make up parts of seperate encounters.

Here we go:

With this first one, I wasn't quite sure how to factor in specific weapon damage and the correct adjustment to his AC / Reflex per his armor and shield.

Night Lord Paladin Adept (First Degree)
Medium natural humanoid
Level 3 Brute

Initiative: +3 Perception: +2

HP: 58 Bloodied: 29
AC: 20 Fort: 17
Reflex: 16 Will: 15

Speed: 5

Savage Hack
(Standard; at-will) – Martial
+6 vs. AC; 1d8 +5 damage and an enemy adjacent to the target takes 5 damage.

Vitality Sap
(Standard; Recharge 6) – Necrotic
Close burst 1; +4 vs. Fortitude; 1d10 +3 necrotic damage and the Night Lord Paladin regains 10 hit points.

Unholy Smite
(Standard; Encounter) – Necrotic
+4 vs. Fortitude; 3d6 +3 necrotic damage and the target loses a healing surge.

Gear: Plate Mail, Long Sword, Heavy Shield

With this second one, I think he's tough enough to be an elite mini-boss sort of guy, but again, I'm unsure. He also needs some gear - without being terribly specific, he'll have +2 plate mail and a +1 1-handed weapon. I don't have my PHB to get more specific than that. Again, confirmation on the crunch of the numbers would be delightful.

Aslith Deepshadow, Night Lord Captain
Medium Natural Humanoid
Level 5 Elite Brute

Initiative: +4 Perception: +3

HP: 152 Bloodied: 76
AC: 21 Fort: 18
Reflex: 17 Will: 15

Speed: 5

Saving Throws: +2
Action Points: 1

Terrifying Assault
(Standard, at-will) – Martial, Necrotic
+10 vs. AC; 1d8 +5 Necrotic damage and the target is pushed 1 square.

Shield Bash
(Immediate, at-will, when an enemy moves adjacent) – Martial, Shield
+8 vs. Reflex; 1d4 +3 damage and the target is knocked prone.

Ghoulish Slam
(Standard, Recharge 6) – Martial, Necrotic
+10 vs. AC; 3d6+4 Necrotic damage and the target is stunned (save ends).

Devour the Weak
(Standard, at-will) – Martial, Necrotic
+8 vs. Fortitude; 3d10 +4 Necrotic damage, and Aslith heals 15 hit points. This attack can only be used against a stunned target.

Thanks in advance for any input.
