I don't think that darkvision has a range anymore but I could be wrong...

Anyway, The Diablo Slayer req should involve knowledge or con. Or both.

Don't know which knowledge though.

Thanks!
The reason you can only see 60ft is because your eyes Attune to the darkness, not really a racial ability or anything to do with their bodies.

... Leave the low-light in then, because then in low-light areas there is no sight radius cap, however in darkness there will be.

Giving up your low-light for "perfect" vision in darkness seems a sub-optimal trade. However if you keep the low-light and gain dark vision it seems pretty cool.

Just doesn't seem right for an Elf to be blind on a moonlit night to things further than 60ft away.

Hell Scavenger

thought one: +5 is the same as a skill, just make it a skill
thought two: you shouldn't really add new skills, just use perception

Diablo Slayer

that's a power, feats shouldn't give powers. though they do sometimes swap powers.

In that case make it a universal power. Every class gets it if they want it.

Actually just make Diablo Slayer a divinity channeling power, then its on line with god feats (more or less).

Well, it is a power that all my PCs may want to use so i made it a universal power. because this would not be an adventure for the cleric/ Pally. It is a campaign taking place in Sanctuary (Where Diablo III takes Place) with the stuff of all the games. So i deem it a universal power usable by all.

the issue is each character has a set number of encounter powers. Replacing them is fine, but adding extra isn't.

Well having it as universal doesn't screw anything up.

A power that anyone can take instead of their class's power.
