Now, I was going to post this in the traps forum, but seeing as how the newest post besides mine was 5 days old(and then two weeks old), it seemed like a waste of time.
Besides, this is technically a homebrew trap.

So, I needed a pit trap.  I made one, but I'm not sure if the level for it is 9 or not.  Of course, there are some drow nearby who will attack if someone falls into it.  Or wait for them to just get past it, and then attack(maybe even bull rushWink).

False Floor Pit Level 9 400 xp
A 2-by-2 section of floor covers a 40 foot deep pit lined with spikes.
Perception DC 23
The trap attacks when a creature enters one of the trap's four squares.
Attack Immediate Reaction Melee
Target: The creature that triggered the trap.
Attack: +13 vs Reflex
Hit: Target falls into the pit, taking 4d10 damage and the trap makes a secondary attack from the Drow Poison coating the spikes on the floor.
Secondary Attack: +13 vs Fort; the target takes a -2 pentaly to attack rolls(save ends).
First Failed Save: The target is also weakened(save ends).
Second Failed Save: The target falls unconscious until the end of the encounter.
Miss: Target returns to the last square it occupied and it's move action ends immediately.
Effect: The false floor opens and the pit is no longer hidden.
Countermeasures
An adjacent character can trigger the trap with a DC 12 Thievery check(standard action).  The floor falls into the pit.
An adjacent character can disable the trap with a DC 28 Thievery Check(standard action).  The floor becomes safe.
A character who makes an Athletics check(DC 11, or DC 21 without running start) can jump over the pit.
A character can climb out with a DC 19 Athletics check.

DCs were found out by looking at the level 1 trap, and then using the DC and Damage Level table in DMG 42.  For instance, Athletics for a level 1 trap is a moderate DC.  So as a level 9 trap, the moderate DC is 19.
Is this ok?  Thank you for your time.

tldr; version:  40 foot drop dealing 4d10 damage and drow poison from little spikes at the bottom.  Level 9?

I figure, if nobody posts, it means level 9 is either right on the money, or it's too rediculous to mention.

Equivalent traps from the DMG are around the same damage equation (3d8+4; average damage of 16 versus 4d10 average of 20) and have around the same bonus to hit. As a player, I always hate things that give stun/dominate/unconcious/etc. Having it be until the end of the encounter would be fairly debilitating to the player since they would spend the rest of the fight sitting and doing nothing. Its definitely balanced though since they would need to fail three saves first.

Yeah, drow poison is taken straight from the dmg.  And since the module is mostly drow, it seemed fitting.

Thanks for your input.
