One of my players is a warforged and we both want more warforged components. I'm pretty surprised that they haven't created any more since that article of Dragon way back. I need some help fleshing these ideas out in terms of level, appropriate function, and fantasy setting appropriate name. I really need some help and advice from the homebrewers.

Grappling Arm:
Also known as Extenso-matic Arms and Go Go Gadget Arms. The owner of this component fires his hand up to 50 feet and batmans his way up to his destination.
-How do we make this worth a hand slot and how powerful and what level should it be if we make it wondrous instead?

Spring Heels: Makes you jump really high.
-Same question as above?

Rocket Boots: Also known as robot pants (Frisky Dingo rocks).
-This clearly needs to be a feat slot and magical. It could probably use a better name too. Ideas?

Final Messenger: (Paragon/Epic version). I'd like to see this guy get the functionality of some of the wondrous pet items.

What about the other slots. Does anybody have any ideas for arm, waist, or finger slot items?

Well, not exactly what you're looking for, I made this as a "boon" for a player who lost an arm then found a replacement.  It has a grappling hook built into it (less campy than go-go-gadget arms IMO, but the results are the same)
Warforged Prothetic
Warforged Prosthetic - Level 8+
Metal, Stone, and Wood make up this powerful arm. It conceals a strange air-powered grappling device.
Special Boon - 3,400 gp
Property: This prosthetic limb replaces one of your hands. You can attach and embed warforged components into this arm as if you were a warforged. You can only use one of this item's powers per encounter. While one of this item's powers is active, you cannot use or benefit from items held in or wielded with this hand.
Power (Encounter): Minor Action. Choose a solid surface within 10 squares: you fire a tether to that surface. While tethered, you can jump your speed without making an athletics check as a move action, but your elevation on these jumps cannot exceed the elevation of the tethered location. If you are more than 10 squares away from the tethered point, this effect ends. You can end this effect as a free action.
Power (Encounter): Standard Action. Make a ranged basic attack with this item as if it were a Magic Hand Crossbow +2 against a creature within 10 squares of you. On a hit, the target is tethered to you (escape ends, as if grabbed) While tethered, a creature cannot willingly move further away from you. As a minor action, you can pull a tethered creature 1 square. If the tethered creature is more than 10 squares away from you, this effect ends. You can end this effect as a free action.
-Level 13: As a Magic Handcrossbow+3
-Level 18: As a Magic Handcrossbow+4
-Level 23: As a Magic Handcrossbow+5
-Level 28: As a Magic Handcrossbow+6

Well how about this for a waist slot;
Anchor Belt- Daily power lets your drop a cable that anchors to the ground(the square you're on) making it so any attempts at forced movement can only move you 1 square.
