I'm currently playtesting this in my group, its had some playtest in the past, but not at the higher levels yet.

Demonic Pact
You have forged a pact with the twisted primordial forces deep with in the elemental tempest. They, the demonic princes of the abyss, have granted you powerful elemental powers to strike down those who would oppose you.
Demons of the Pact: None of the powers use personal names of the demon princes, but instead call them the Black Demon, the Fire Demon, the Frozen Prince, the Serpent King, the Dragon, and the Beast. Though there is no hard and fast rules as to which demon princes or primordials these demons must be, but some recommendations are Orcus (demon prince of undeath) for the Black Demon, Imix (elemental evil of fire) for the Fire Demon, Cryonax (elemental evil of ice) for the Frozen Prince, Sertrous (demon prince of serpents) for the Serpent King, Demogorgon for the Dragon, and Baphoment (demon prince of beasts) for the Beast.

At-will Spell: Fires of the Abyss. Your pact-granted at will attack spell is Fires of the Abyss.
Pact Boon: Revenge of the Demon Lords. When an enemy under your Warlock's Curse is reduced to 0 hit points you may make an basic ranged attack against a different enemy.

Paragon Path: Acolyte of the Lady
“Sword of the air and darkness, free thyself from the mother's nightmares!”

Prerequisites: Warlock class with the demonic pact.
You have studied into the long lost demon queen of the air and darkness. A demon prince more powerful than all others, she is a long lost entity of creation and destruction sleeping within the deepest pits of the abyss. Even as a student of her path, you know very little of who or what she is, but what you have learned has opened up countless avenues for you to expand your powers. Legend holds that she was the first primordial, created reality from her dreams and is the mother of all primordials. Some say she has been twisted and changed by the seed of evil within the abyss.

Acolyte of the Lady Path Features
The Lady's Action (11th-level): When you spend an action point to take an additional action, and damage dealt by your Warlock's Curse to enemies is maximized (as if you had rolled 6's on all of dice).
The Lady's Gift (11th-level): Your warlock powers that have the Implement keyword score a critical hits on a 19-20.
The Lady's Touch (16th-level): Whenever you make an attack against a target's Fortitude or Will defenses, you may roll two dice and keep the better of the two.

Acolyte of the Lady

=broken

first off, The Lady's Touch will make every wizard want to mc warlock, because of the rediculous boost to accuracy it gives

The Lady's Ire is also way to strong. an at-will that stuns? its basically an eldritch blast with one of the strongest status effects on it but minus the basic ranged clause. way too strong

other paragon features look fine

I didnt take a close look at the other powers, though i do like the pact boon and at will(nice synergy)

Isn't the Infernal Pact basically a pact with demons or devils?

Infernal Pact is a pact with devils ... who are natives of the astral plane. A pact with demons would be a pact with residents of the Abyss, deep in the heart of the primordial chaos. Demons and devils are actually fundementally opposed in the cosmology of 4E, so having a separate pact isn't unreasonable.

Uuumm... Fires of the Abyss is WAAAAAY overpowered. It's better in every way than the Wizard At-Will Scorching Burst. A comparison:

d6 damage die vs. d8

FotA does damage on a miss while SB does not.

FotA counts as a ranged basic attack. SB, not so much.

About the only place where SB outdoes FotA is that is targets REF Defense, which is usually lower, but seriously, tone it down a notch.

Overall, you have some good flavor and a solid start but you need to pay more attention to specific language and basic mechanics so that your powers work the way you want them to. Specific problems I'm seeing include:

Lady's Ire is an odd power - no other Paragon path has an at-will replacement power. At-wills are supposed to convey the flavor of the core class, so they don't really fit in at the Paragon level. Plus you're shorting the character an encounter power as that's the level when the character would normally get his fourth encounter. That said stun is definately too strong of an effect for an at-will, and even knock-prone is questionable. Both conditions grant combat advantage, which is huge for an at-will power.

The starting at-will attack is also too strong as it provides three secondary traits - burst attack, damage on a miss, or the ranged basic quality are all fine individually (although, technically a ranged basic attack should be a ranged attack). Giving all three abilities is over-powered.

Many of the encounter and daily attack powers you describe scale. Except for the at-will powers (which you have through 30), attack powers aren't supposed to scale because the intent is that they will be replaced at higher levels. The effects you are giving them make them overpowered for their level, even when they start reasonably balanced.

Also, and this is important, anytime a power inficlts a status effect you must describe the duration. Generally, this will be until the end of your next turn or (save ends). There are several powers where you have not provided this information.

Thank you for explaining why the powers need to be reworked. Like I said, this is an early playtest draft. The next version will take what you have said into account. Thank you very much.

Queen of Air and Darkness is Unseelie Fey... in, like, legends and stuff.

Maybe Mrs. Orcus instead?

And agreed, touch thing too strong. and elf orbizard would need that PP for optimization.

Ummm, dude? Orcus isn't exactly the Chick-Magnet type. Unless the chick is really creepy and perverted. Anyways, there is always dark spirits of Nature. Actually, If you modified the Fluff and modify these a little, you could combine them with a few Fey and Dark pact powers to create the Unseelie-lock. Good idea, right?

yes. Though I like the fey/star combo for unseelie-lock better myself.

and Orcus' girlfriend could be the Honch on a Tuesday night two days before payday. Orcus likes dead things.

When we get a Demon Pact, and I expect one in Arcane Power, it will probobly be a Pet baised Pact.
