Anyone have some good House Rules on Half-Elves ??

I would like to hear them if you do (and want to share them of course).

What kind of house rules are you looking for and to fix what and why?

Ideas for Half-Elves with a different flavor.

I just want to hear others' ideas for alternate abilities or whatever. Some ideas people have mentioned are giving them a bonus feat, like Jack of All Trades and/or Linguist instead of a +2 to Con, .

Or a +2 to any ability score as a Human, instead of bonuses to designated ability scores.

Or Elven Accuracy for a more Elven Half-Elf instead of one of their abilities, etc.

Please no discussions on why they should or should not have a +2 to Con or about the Dilettante ability, just ideas for different flavor.

My group allows them to either get the human's +1 skill point every level, or the extra feat at level 1. That combined with low-light vision makes them a lot more useful.

The skill points would be 3e. Many alternate Half-elves in that ed.

I am specifically looking for 4e suggestions (the bonus feat suggestion has been noted).

In the redo of my base setting, half elves are basically the wild elves/wood elves.. In 3.5 terms they are "high" elf from the PHB. Full elves are Grey Elves (from MM) with a couple more bells and whistles.

I would be interested to know what abilities you gave Half-Elves in 4e.

In fact I would be curios about the full Elves' abilities, as well.
