Human Aptitude [Human, Multiclass]
Prereq: Any class-specific multiclass feat.
Benefit: Swap out one of your at-will powers from your main class for one from your second class.

Thoughts? Should I limit it to just humans?

It single handed destorys the purpose of paragon multiclassing (which is already arguably underpowered). Why would anyone ever PMC if they could just switch at-wills with a feat?

I designed it that way because:

A) I think paragon multiclassing is terribly underpowered.
B) I made it for humans because they're supposed to be the "versatile, quick-learning" race.

I actually like the Idea, and it's pretty balanced considering it cost's two feats and you have to be human. Also the feat is in keeping with the intent of the human racial feat design...although in my opinion the feat should be of paragon tier; other than that it's perfect.

It works as a Paragon tier racial power. Very appropriate for humans.

It's okay. An excellent idea.
