For those that aren't familiar, the Hyborian Age the setting to the stories of Conan the Barbarian which completely lacks any of the typical fantasy races and is essentially completely dominated by humanity.

I'm designing a campaign for the paragon levels that will be built for experienced players only. The general background of the story is that the players are a group very experienced thieves/treasure hunters zoning in on the ultimate prize. The final dungeons which I have in the works right now is VERY brutal. It's not that the monsters of are of high level, but the dungeon itself is a living labyrinth, that is constantly shifting and rearranging itself, and absolutely filled to the brim with traps. The traps don't stand on their own either, they're all integrated in with encounters... anyway... I'm getting side tracked.

So because humans are the only race available, I wanted to give the PC's more options to customize their character in terms of racial abilities giving them more mechanical and character flexibility. In essence I'm trying to create a generally balanced template for humans that works as follows

Humans:
Ability Scores: +2 to TWO any ability scores
Bonus Skill: Pick any skill even including non-class skills for bonus training.

Now comes the more difficult part

Passive Trait:
These are powers that are always active, and don't need to be activated. Most of these are based off of ones I found in the MM or PHB.

Titan Grip: Requires 20 strength at level 1 ... the ability to wield oversized weapons.

Light on your toes: Requires Dex of 16 at level 1 ... You gain +1 movement speed always, and can stand up from being prone as a minor action.

Stand your ground: Requires 16 str, and 16 con at level 1 ... Push or pulled one less square than you normally would

Predatory Eye: Requires Wisdom of 16 at level 1 ... When you have combat advantage your crit range is reduced by 1, IE if 20, it is now 19-20

Bonus at Will Power: Any

Resilience: Requires Constitution of 16 at level 1 ... Your Second Wind Ability can be used as a minor action, and whenever you use a healing surge you can add your constitution modifer to the amount healed.

These are just some ideas I'm playing with so far and would like some suggestions.

Human Encounter Power:
I haven't even given these too much thought yet

Lucky: Reroll any roll which involves you, pick which ever you deem better

Dillettante: Pick an at will from any class to be used as an encounter power

Spirit of Jhebal Shag (see longtooth and razorclaw shifting)

Any feedback, or ideas would be really appreciated.

Should be Any two. this Could be dangerous, but if everyone has it, it probably balances out.
Bonus Skill: Pick any skill even including non-class skills for bonus training.

Mike Mearls feels that Oversized isn't something that pcs should have. It does make 1d12 brutal 2 weapons (excutioner's axe) very dangerous (they become 2d6 brutal 2)
Light on your toes: Requires Dex of 16 at level 1 ... You gain +1 movement speed always, and can stand up from being prone as a minor action.

Seems useful..to a degree. Maybe a feat that expands it to being from prone to standing as a free?
Stand your ground: Requires 16 str, and 16 con at level 1 ... Push or pulled one less square than you normally would

Wild Walking - Requires training in Nature skill at level 1 you spend 1 less on hindering terrain due to natural terrain

Human Encounter Power:

Power of (insert source of arcane) - Teleport 1/encounter 3 squares. Must have arcane as a class skill.
