I'm always having trouble coming up with D&D campaigns, which is the only reason I don't DM, then I go to sleep and have odd **** happen. And I think they'd make excellent quests. Assuming players can deal with a bit of odd-ends..

For example, who would play this adventure?

You are all invited to a party. There will be lots of food, alchahol, and you'll go to the theatre afterward. However, as you go, you notice a couple fighting furiously. Not uncommon right? Ok.. but as you dig deeper, you find out that the father is a wanted criminal. He's done many of bad things, and he looks ashamed of it. There are also guards circulating the area as they have some idea of where he might be.

They're also kobolds. (Classic mammal kobolds)

Relevent NPCs:
Mother Kobold. Fairly strong, and very aggressive. Could have a few class levels in barbarian.
Father Kobold. Can transform into some strange animal I've never seen before. Looks sortof like a bear. Definitely a lycanthrope.
Son Kobold. Just a little pup, he's small, he shakes alot, and needs to be carried alot as his little body cannot support his own weight for very long. He however is increddibly smart, but also very introverted. He gives you a special magic item to help you try to stop his dad from giving himself up to the police. (His father means everything to him) An item that will send you back in time incase it's too late.
