Idea for a Baba Yaga's Hut variant

I don't have a complete adventure here yet, but I thought this idea was cool so I figured I'd post it anyway. The seed of this adventure was Baba Yaga's Hut, except it isn't about that. The idea of a place that's bigger on the inside is what I'm taking from it. There is also an archfey involved, who's either a little girl that became a fey cursed with eternal youth (trapped as a child both in mind and body), or an insane fey that essentially never grew up inside. This archfey isn't necessarily evil, but she is very powerful and has a weird habit of forcing other beings to become dolls for her. Which ends up meaning that the characters become trapped in a dollhouse-themed dungeon that's bigger on the inside (with the fey being able to see what's going on the entire time). The child isn't necessarily out to kill the characters. In fact, those trapped in the dollhouse return to life when defeated (anyone killed returns to life after an extended rest, or a period of 8 hours). Those who escape the dungeon "win" and thus can keep what they found and the fey returns them to wherever they came from (they also return to normal) and looks forward to "playing with" them again another time.

Still just a seed, but I'd welcome any suggestions to expand on it. I'll be tinkering with this some more over time.

Idea takes me back to an old episode of the Sorcerer Hunters anime, in which a mage trapped people in a diorama, then proceeded to torment them with various sorts of tricks (such as using a candle flame to make those inside think that there was a giant fireball chasing them). From inside the diorama, outside influence seemed realistic for what was occurring, while outside, it seemed like the mage was just playing with stuffed dolls of the characters, and using a variety of toys to assault them unknowingly. The same idea could work wonders for messing with the players heads, especially if the adventure was designed to split some of them from the group and trap them in the dollhouse while the others remained outside. Heaven help them if they start messing with the dollhouse XD

I just watched an old Twilight Zone episode themed very much like this. The story follows an army major that wakes up to find himself within a group of seemingly unrelated characters trapped in a cylindrical structure with an open top.  The major convinces the others they need to struggle to find a way out. Standing on each others shoulders and using a make-shift grappling hook the major makes it to the top and exclaims "Oh my god!" before promptly falling off the side.

The big reveal comes when a little girl picks up a doll of an Army major that's lying outside a donation barrel, brushes off some snow, and returns him to the barrel, which conveniently has other dolls all dressed as the characters we'd been watching try to escape.

Name of the episode:  "Five characters in search of an exit"

Supposedly this was also the inspiration for the film: "The Cube"
