Aftereffect: At the end of the encounter all characters must make three saving throws, if the results are10 or more successes; all effect of this power ends. If the results are less than 10 successful rolls the secondary effect becomes a permanent condition on each character effected by this power use as well as each becoming spellscarred for all conditions and prerequisites relating to all character's options.
Or was it better like it was? |
