Is this a balanced feat?

Stone's Blessing:  You no longer have to sleep, you must meditate for 6 hours, but you are fully aware of you're surroundings.  You no longer have to eat or drink, you are considered an elemental.

Which tier are you thinking?

The main effect will be what does being an elemental do to people?  I'm not sure of anything off the top of my head, but the rest isn't going to affect anything terribly.

I dont think being an elemental effects you exactly unless the DM specificly makes enemies and such that actually interact with creature origin.

Is this a racial feat? A class feat? It just seems kind of odd to randomly get this 'stone blessing' as a feat with no pre-requisities (like dwarf, or goliath, or primal class).

I would say its balanced though, its tossed in as the feature of atleast 3 races as is.

I don't think there's any thing specific about elementals, it's just for flavor.

It's for a living statue (dwarf swam druid, reflavord everything as rocks/dust).  So it's pretty character specific and just for flavor.  I figure a feat would be a good way to do it since they are (rarely used) benifits.

Would it be to much to add "don't have to breath"?

I'd slap a pre-req on it, just for precedent's sake.

If you're already ignoring food and water, breathing seems the next logical step.  But add a Warforged style: "This does not make you immune to any effects."
