Just for fun, what are some good "roleplayed attacks?"

By roleplayed attacks, I mean attacks that are made from things that aren't attacks but could potentially be damaging in some way when used creatively (a house rule due to the fact that there is no official way to do it). I am not currently in a campaign where this would be used; this thread is just for fun.

Right now, all I can think of is an idea I had for if a wizard is being spied upon with a scrying ritual, though it could be useful for other situations. The wizard would use prestigitation to summon an image of a mordibly obese, completely nude ogre with as many skin conditions as he can think of, dancing to some crappy modern pop music created by Ghost Sound, placed right in front of the scrying ritual's "eye" or whatever you want to call it.

Primary Attack: Charisma +2 vs. Will
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier psychic damage. Make a secondary attack. You are considered to have combat advantage for the secondary attack.
Secondary Attack: Charisma +2 vs. Fortitude
Hit: Ongoing 5 poison damage, and the target is weakened (save ends both)

It would use Charisma +2 for the attack roll because, even though wizards are INT-primary, INT doesn't really fit the flavor of this attack, and the +2 is to make up for the secondary stat use. The psychic damage is the mental trauma caused by the disturbing image and sound. The combat advantage is just an added effect of being disturbed. The ongoing 5 poison damage and being weakened is from the vomiting caused by being so disturbed (which is why the secondary attack is vs. fort).

Any ideas regarding that "roleplayed attack," or any ideas of your own such attacks? Remember, while this thread has a mechanical aspect to it and as such mechanics can be considered and judged, this thread's primary purpose is for fun.
