Can anyone explain me what does "recharge 5 6" mean in the halfling slinger entry?

May 23, 2008 13:02:42 At the beginning of the halfling's turn, roll 1D6. If the result is a 5 or 6, the power is available for use again. Which power are you looking at? I'm not spotting any recharges on the halfling. Oh, do you mean Kobold?
