| #1darkjedi26May 28, 2008 21:24:59 | While prepping for my game tomorrow night, I put together some handouts for the game. Just the notes and map that the PCs find throughout the adventure. I figured I'd share them with everyone in case someone else wants to use them. Here is a download link: Handouts Updated If I'm violating and WOTC IP stuff, let me know and I'll delete the link. |
| #2AndronMay 29, 2008 15:01:44 | Okay, I don't like Rapidshare and it took me a while to get their code right since it is so poorly done and I saw your handouts. Nicely done, this just saved me some time for tomorrow nights game. thanks for sharing! |
| #3Loki5654May 29, 2008 15:10:04 | Any chance of getting it non-Rapidshare? |
| #4jwtMay 29, 2008 15:30:13 | Thanks for these. |
| #5Loki5654May 29, 2008 15:39:57 | Spell Check! Note #1 - "The Winterhaven" needs to be "Then Winterhaven". Note #2 - Not a spelling error, but are there really that many commas? I'l have to check my KotS copy when I get home, but that doesn't seem right to me for some reason. Note #3 - "and humanoids" needs to be "any humanoids". Note #4 - "on the adventures" needs to be "on the adventurers". Also, either a mystical circle needs to be added to the bottom or a note needs to be added to say that there is a mystical circle drawn on the page. |
| #6AndronMay 29, 2008 16:47:43 | Spell Check! Yeah, I noticed these too, but figured it is an easy fix with the black pen. For my game, I am intentionally leaving the drawing of the circle out because , well, my players would want to try the same thing eventually. I figure the ritual and the circle would have been on a separate scroll which would have been destroyed after completion. Either way, it still saves me some work....:D |
| #7Loki5654May 29, 2008 17:04:11 | For my game, I am intentionally leaving the drawing of the circle out because , well, my players would want to try the same thing eventually. How would they ever find out what "the elixir" is? |
| #8AndronMay 29, 2008 17:16:06 | I forgot about the elixir... oh, well, my idea still works...![]() |
| #9darkjedi26May 30, 2008 0:16:59 | Spell Check! I did run spell check, but it can't catch the things you found. I can fix those and repost them. If someone has a place for me to put it that's not rapid share, I'd be glad to do it. For the mystical circle I was going with that the circle was on a seperate scroll, already used. Maybe i should reword the letter to say it's in "an attached note" |
| #10Loki5654May 30, 2008 0:26:45 | I did run spell check, but it can't catch the things you found. I didn't mean it in an accusatorial manner. I apologize if you got that impression. I was just using it as an exclamation to start my post. If it had been about puppies, I would have said "Kibble check!" |
| #11darkjedi26May 30, 2008 9:01:02 | I didn't mean it in an accusatorial manner. I apologize if you got that impression. No worries. I updated the PDF with changes suggested. I also tried putting it on another hosting service to see if that helps any. Handouts Updated |
| #12Loki5654May 30, 2008 12:28:06 | Looks great! Very nice job with the circle. I am definitely using these in my game next weekend. Thanks again! EDIT: The new hosting works much better! |
| #13nightchillMay 31, 2008 3:16:17 | Nice stuff ![]() One small typo: "My spy in Winterhaven suggest" should be "My spy in Winterhaven suggests" Thanks again, I'll be using these in my campaign! |
| #14bojayMay 21, 2009 7:47:45 | I'm running Keep on the Shadowfell atm, and can't seem to download the handout pdf The link points to media-share, but are apparently not there anymore ?New link or repost from someone who has it ?
