Ok so i am having a dispute with my DM. So what is the minimum amount of distance i need to leap attack? Cause the feat itself says i need to jump at least ten feet. It says that leap attack is a jump checkĀ  "combined" with a charge. So does that mean i need at least 20 ffet to leap attack? Or i can i do this from 10 feet away.

If the feat says you need to leap at least ten feet, then you have to leap at least ten feet.

The jump takes place as part of the charge. You need to move at least 10' total (which the jump distance already covers), not 10' + a 10' jump for a total of 20'.

(Do keep in mind that if you don't have a run-up before you jump then the DC for the jump will be higher. If you can manage the DC regardless then you're good to go.)
