Im a little cofused. Do you need LOS to make an attack? I think not; absence of LOS only grants total concealment as long as you have line of effect but how do you target something you cant see?

If a creature becomes invisible you attack it by targeting a square and - hoping you guessed right - make an attack roll with a -5 penalty for total concealment. The way we play it you remove the invisible figure from the board and secretly mark his position on a piece of paper.

But then, what is the "correct" way to play in a completely dark room? Do you remove all figs from the board and play it as if everyone inside is invisible?

If you do, then how do you play a blinded creature? Do you for example make the player of a blinded hero leave the room while all of his seeing buddies attack the monsters and then remove all figs and let him in to make his attack (possibly targeting a friend) and then make him leave again, putting all figs back on the board?

How do you play and what does RAW say (in your opinion)?

P.S. i also posted this question on the Rules QnA but i figured maybe this is a better place for it.
