Chain Spell [Wizard] (Paragon Tier)
You can cast spells that arc to other targets in addition to the primary target.

Prerequisites Wizard class

Benefit Once per day as a free action, you may modify one of your powers that targets only one creature (not one or two creatures) and does not have an ability to select a secondary target or damage a target even after a miss. The modification gives that power the ability to hit a secondary target, as per the secondary target rules: roll an attack roll against the new target using the power’s range from the current square the target of the last power was in, compare result to relevant defense, and assign damage to the target.

The new target must be within range of the power from the new starting location, as specified in the power’s description. The secondary attack does the same amount of damage as the primary attack, but does not do provide any of the secondary effects such as giving the target a condition (dazed, stunned, marked, teleportation, push, slide, etc.).

A power must do damage to the primary target for this ability to work. If the power misses its target, the use of the Chain Spell feat is not expended.

This feat does not work in conjunction with the Lightning Arc feat.

Example If a wizard were to use the power spectral ram (wizard attack 7) with this feat and struck a target, the wizard would deal 2d10 + Intelligence modifier force damage and push the primary target 3 squares where it will be knocked prone. Then the wizard would make a secondary attack against a target within 10 squares from the primary target (cover and concealment apply from that point of origin) and make an attack roll. If the attack hits, the wizard would deal 2d10 + Intelligence modifier force damage to that target and would have expended his once per day use of the Chain Spell feat.

Arcane Bully [Wizard] (Heroic Tier)
You can cast spells that fling the enemy further than normal with your arcane power.

Prerequisites Wizard class

Benefit Whenever a power reads that you push, pull, slide, or move a target a number of squares, you can add up to one half your Intelligence modifier to the number of squares the target is pushed, pulled, slid, or moved.

Here is another one I cooked up recently. Haven't had enough time to ensure this is not a redundant feat in the Player's Handbook. I will look into it. I am in the process of putting out Enervate Spell and a few others that will hopefully spice up (but not totally break) the Wizard.

Feats (with the exception of the channel divinity feats) generally don't give you new powers. While your feat isn't exactly a power, the once a day restriction makes it more of a power than a feat. Also, the feat basically lets the PC use his daily against two targets, which is much too powerful.

Check out Lightning Arc (PHB 204)

That is not entirely true, multiple racial feats give an extra power or replaces a racial power with another one.

I still don't see the over powered nature of this yet.

Lets look at maze (wizard attack 25, pg 168). The maze power may have all that great stuff as part of the effect, but in essence, the secondary attack it gets doesn't do ANY of that.

It just does the 3d12 + Intelligence modifier psychic damage.

It will NEVER do any more of the effects associated with the power, or even the the "..., and the target is XXXXXX" stuff in the Hit line.

I see what you are saying, but looking at the powers, few fall into the catagory:

1. Has no secondary attack already.
2. Targets only ONE creature.
3. Has to do damage.

Remember, the wizard lost his "striker" stuff from 3.5. He is all control. This gives just a tiny bit of "umph" to a class build around control.

I made changes to ensure it can't be used in conjunction with Lightning Arc. Good eyes, I completely skipped over that feat. Thanks.

I went through the wizard feats/powers and this doesn't seem all that powerful. I would love to hear how this can be cut down to make it more simplified for a more D&D 4.0 explaination of the feat. Maybe just let it give a daily power instead?

Chain Spell [Wizard] (Paragon Tier)
Prerequisites Wizard class
You can use Chain Spell.

Chain Spell
Daily * Arcane
Immediate Reaction
Target: An attack power you just used that hit exactly one creature and lacked the secondary attack property.
Effect: Recover that power and use it again immediately as a free action. Count range from the target you hit with your first use of the power. The reuse of the power granted by Chain Spell does not inflict any conditions on the target, and omits any effect the original power had.

Awesome. Thank you.
