What kinds of bonuses or skills should minotaaurs have? Personally, I thought they would have low intelligence but high strength and dexterity. I don't know if this would be right or not, however. |

He is now reaching level 10. From level 2 until level 8, he was a slave and had task to do without any reward (except of CP of course). He spent time to be ''accepted'' by others. In each city, he had to proove he was not dangerous. He slept many nights outside. He have been attacked on sight many times too. Let him play a Monster Race but at a price. Mine was just a suggestion. All race bonus are in the books or in the CB. |

The Minotaur coming out in the PHB3 will most likely be much better designed than the Dragon Magazine version is, but in the mean time, you can check out THIS THREAD for ideas. |

I personally think the dragon minotaur works good enough for now. I don't think its any worse off than some of the other races out there. If you do end up doing your own stats, take the one from the back of the book. Drop oversized, and give them some appropriate skill bonuses or something. Oversized is not balanced for PC's and really does wonky things with brutal. And a minotaur will almost always want brutal from how it seems. |

I'm pretty strict myself on the never telling a player "no, no one else has it available for me yet" bit. Also, not to plug my own stuff, but linked in my sig is a big homebrew site. The Ogrun in the races section may serve as a decent stand-in. |

Wow, I hate to be a ****, but that race looks completely overpowered and terribly designed on a lot of levels. The currently official WotC Minotaur is better designed than that thing is, and that says a lot. |
