| #2pluisjenJul 09, 2009 5:25:45 | Does Alchemist's Fire still exist? I can't find it, but I thought it did... If so, use that, with one die lower damage ( 1d8 -> 1d6 -> 1d4 , don't know which it is now) and a 50% of not exploding (so hitting only the target, not adjacent ones) or fizzling all together (if it's a single target attack already) |

Power (Consumable): Ranged 5 / 10; Target: One creature, object, or square. Dexterity vs. Reflex (If primary target is a creature); 1d4 + 1 damage, and the target has ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends). Effect: Make a secondary attack: burst 1, centered on the primary target. +12 vs. Reflex; the target has ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends). The secondary attack should be a flat bonus I think, not based on a character stat. I really only see an item like this being appropriate for heroic tier. |
