Higher level mods?

Jul 06, 2010 9:28:39 Does anyone have a timeline for when more higher level (14-17) mods will be hitting private play? As of now I can only see High Infidelity in that bracket.

GenCon has a 2 round 17-20 mod, but it is next to impossible to make it to 17 with the lack of mods availble for public play in the 14-17 bracket.

Any ideas??

Jul 06, 2010 9:44:08 It is possible to hit 17th, but only with the Battle Interactive ADCP2-1 for now.

That said, it is possibly to get close to 17 without the BI and then play a mod or two at GenCon at P2. That would level you and get you ready for P3.

Jul 07, 2010 16:18:42 There's only one P2 mod announced for GenCon (SPEC 2-2 P2) - you need to be well into 16th level to have a chance at hitting P3 on-site.

I had a running tally of P2 mods somewhere:
SPEC 2-1 P2 - Scout's Honor
CORE 2-3 - High Infidelity
DALE 2-2 - Agony
AGLA 2-2 - First Strike
ADCP 2-1 P2 - The Paladin's Plague
ADCP 2-2 P2 - Heart of the Desert: Clash of Titans
SPEC 2-2 P2

If you do not play ADCP 2-1 P2 at all, you can still hit 17th level by playing all the other mods on high.

Jul 08, 2010 13:08:21 Yea, I had hoped to play the Battle Interactive but it looks like that is only going to be for public play and we do all of our gaming in private play except for the yearly pilgramage to GenCon!

Not sure of any other way to get that Battle Interactive in, even though many of the players in my group are "roll-play"-centric and I am sure would love it.

Will the other mods be availble for private play prior to the con? Right now I only noticed High Infideltiy for download and play?

Jul 11, 2010 16:54:21 CORE2-8 Enemy of My Enemy should become available soon. I believe the admins will make it available for public play immediately.

It's recommended that you play it after ADCP2-1, but not a requirement.
