A great race has been called in the desert of Calimshan. The genasi and humans of Memnon, Calimport and Almraiven are competing in a race through Calim Desert. That race is just one match; another, much more dangerous, takes place in the Elemental Chaos. It is a match that requires truly powerful and resourceful champions. Are you and your companions up to the challenge? A Living Forgotten Realms adventure set in Calimshan for characters levels 11-17.
A great race has been called in the desert of Calimshan. The genasi and humans of Memnon, Calimport and Almraiven are competing to see which one can finish first in a race through the desolate Calim Desert, and they’re looking for adventuring companies to do the racing. Are you and your companions up to the challenge? A Living Forgotten Realms adventure set in Calimshan for characters levels 1-10.

This is the conclusion of the "Circle of Stones" major quest, which began in AGLA1-5 Silver Lining and continued in AGLA2-1 The Undumor Connection.
Thievery, deceit and treachery are the lifeblood of commerce in the Dragon Coast. Piracy is all but officially sanctioned. So what happens when the unspoken rules are broken? A Living Forgotten Realms adventure set in the Dragon Coast for characters levels 1-4.

| #2mickeyt66May 04, 2010 0:10:00 | I saw this too. It seems that Origins has a better spread of LFR than Gencon with regional adventures along with the Quest and AdCo adventures. Last year was the first Origins that I missed in about 6 years and now I am thinking of going when I had no plans before. LURU2-2 is worth the price of admission. ![]() |
| #322_Over_7May 04, 2010 1:11:23 | Wow. This schedule looks great. Why couldn't GenCon look like this? I mean, not even a rerunning of the ADCP? |
| #4OreMay 04, 2010 6:53:05 | I was on the fence about going to Origins but the list of modules being played there tipped me in favor of the trip. Then my wife let me know that we will be in Tennessee for a family reunion that weekend. The injustice! |
| #5Dragon9May 04, 2010 7:24:55 | Now if they would finally open registration for events, we'll be set. |
| #6CrodocileMay 04, 2010 17:18:13 | I wonder how many characters that actually finished the MINI series will be paragon by June. I'd be surprised if I actually get to play MINI 1-6 by June. |
| #7OreMay 04, 2010 18:29:46 | We just had this conversation in my group and MINI is not the only way to complete the tasks. Show SPEC1-3 H1 has Task 1. WATE2-1 has Task 1 or 2. DALE2-1 has Task 3. |
| #8kenobi65May 04, 2010 18:35:07 | We just had this conversation in my group and MINI is not the only way to complete the tasks. [VCL Hat] Many folks would consider the rest of your post to be spoilers, Ore. Could you please place a spoiler tag around them? [/VCL Hat] |
| #922_Over_7May 04, 2010 18:39:33 | Show Using your proposed sequence, Ore, it is unlikely you can complete all 3 tasks, since you would have to be 7th level to get Task 2, and then move on to DALE 2-1 before you leveled up. Doable, but only if your play experience is very tightly controlled. Luckily, you can also get Task 2 in CORM 2-1. |
| #10fedifensorMay 04, 2010 19:56:23 | Show According to my logsheet, I completed Task 1 in SPEC 1-3 (H1), Task 2 in WATE 1-7, and Task 3 in DALE 2-1. All three adventures were run at the same local convention, which makes me wonder if the convention organizer planned it that way... |

| #15Dragon9May 06, 2010 8:34:19 | Heh... I actually clicked through all those to see how many times you nested them. :P [VCL HAT ON] No personal attacks [/VCL HAT OFF] (j/k ) |
| #16likaoMay 13, 2010 16:19:01 | Does anyone know if there's a way to get step 3 of In Slumber Remain in the 7-10 band? I had a character that I was running through the MINI1-* mods, but given the schedule of release and when I could find them to play, there was no way he was going to make paragon in time for Origins. I have a character who can play in the 7-10 modules, but all I can find there is step 2, which I've already gotten. Despite my best efforts, it looks like I'll be shut out of QUES2-2 at Origins unless one of the mods coming out between now and then in the 7-10+ range hands out step 3. |
| #17Keith53May 13, 2010 16:48:37 | So why don't you consider getting the QUES2-1 for a local game day later to give you time to pick up the remaining tasks? Maybe you can organize a team that way. Keith |
| #18likaoMay 13, 2010 17:17:28 | Going to Origins and not getting to play the module I wanted to play the most isn't exactly a solution for my woes, but if I can't play it at Origins, then I'll certainly play it later at home... with some character, some day. But to clarify, I don't need more time to pick up the remaining tasks, I just need the opportunity, and as far as I can tell, once you're past 7th level, you are hosed as there seems to be no module available to in the 7-10 band that offers task 3. You can pick up task 1 or 2 in that band, though. Unfortunately, those are the tasks I've already completed. So why don't you consider getting the QUES2-1 for a local game day later to give you time to pick up the remaining tasks? Maybe you can organize a team that way. |
| #1922_Over_7May 13, 2010 19:42:27 | It does seem odd for opportunities to complete Task 1 or Task 2 in H3 to exist, without opportunities to complete Task 3 in H3 or P1. |
| #20Madfox11May 14, 2010 4:02:39 | There is the opportunity for task 3 in LURU2-2. |
| #21likaoMay 14, 2010 8:54:50 | Someone had just told me that they though that was the case. This is excellent news (for me, anyway). I should be able to just teeter on the edge of 11th, enjoy LURU 2-2 first at Origins, and then roll into QUES 2-1. Thanks for confirming this! There is the opportunity for task 3 in LURU2-2. |
| #22krazoMay 14, 2010 10:26:18 | Show Unless it's a typo WATE 2-2 has an opportunity for Task 3 and is available for sanction in public play. |
| #23Keith53May 14, 2010 16:09:01 | Show It is not a typo. WATE2-2 offers the change to do Task 1 or Task 3. WATE2-3 will also offer the chance to do Task 3. |
| #24likaoMay 14, 2010 16:22:58 | Thanks for the good info - you guys are aces in my book! |
| #2522_Over_7May 14, 2010 18:51:23 | You rock, Keith & Claire! |
