Are DMs still supposed to record the completion of tasks from the Zhentarim Infiltration Quest Card, or is that also now the responsibility of the individual players in the wake of the recent recordskeeping changes? Thanks!

It always has been the responsibility of the players to note down which tasks have been fulfilled. You certainly could not book it in the order system.

I thought there was a section in the mods offering the tasks for DMs to fill in the successful completion of the tasks. At least when I played one of the modules that seemed to be the case...

Hrm.

The adventure mentions the possibility of completing the task, and it should be noted by the DM in the player notes. It is not the same as booking it on-line, or even requiring an official cert.

By "player notes", do you mean part of the DM's documentation for the game? Or in my adventure log? When I played WATE 1-1, apparently there was a spot in the DM documents, or a place to note it so that when he sent off the info it would be checked.

Or is all that needs to be done is myself noting it in my player notes for that game?

Thanks for your help.

There was never a way for DMs to report via the online character tracker which tasks PCs completed. It is, and it has always been, that players keep track of those tasks themselves, within their own adventure logs or whatever record-keeping methods they use.

And, yes, that means that there is no record anywhwere other than on your own logsheet (and the memory of yourself, your DM, and the rest of your party at the time) whether or not you have completed any of the tasks.

Are there reward sheets at the end of the adventures for the completion of the parts? I seem to recall that there is but I played an adventure (not sure which one) where there was a zhentarim captured on a ledge by some monsters. We freed him and were told (I think incorrectly) that this contact was enough to complete the quest. There was NOT a reward sheet for this that stated it was over.

There is not a "reward sheet"(story award?) for that.

Atcually, I seem to recall in the post-adventure questions for one of the 1-1 mods that it asked if more than one PC was able to complete the quest task in the module... I think it was multiple choice: 0 1 more than 1.

Those little slips of paper you get (or give if you DM) at the end of the adventure are called "story awards." While it is possible that a writing director could have put one in regarding a quest task, it is not necessary.
