Sanctioning Private Games - 3 Month Delay Still Planned?

Back in December, I recall seeing the announcement that LFR modules would be available for private play 3 months after being released.

Is that still the plan?

The first year 2 module (CORE2-3) was released on January 27th, and should have been available a few days ago, but I still don't see it on the list.

Yes, that is still the plan as far as I know. No idea why those particular modules might be late going live for private play.

So if that's the policy... are modules automatically legal for RPGA private play 3 months after being released for public play, or do they only become legal when they're actually posted up?

I do not have an answer for you on that one.

Would really like an answer to both these questions myself. Delays in getting new adventures up due to staffing problems I can understand, but if they're already in the system, capable of being sanctioned for public events, it should surely be a matter of just changing a few lines of code to add them to the private-play list.

I will poke Chris Tulach about these. Let you know more as soon as I know more (globals do not have direct contact with the database people).

How many of those came out 3 months ago? I am pretty sure only a few of them have passed the 3 month timeline and those are the ones that need to be fixed in the database. The rest we are still waiting on according to the new policy.

Nice!  Some of the year 2 modules (CORE2-1, CORE2-2, CORE2-3, DALE2-1, DRAG2-1, MOON2-1) can now be sanctioned for private play.

Thanks for looking into this, Madfox11.

Yep, 5 of them just popped up as an option for private play.

Again, there are several mods which have passed the three month threshold, but are still not available for private play.

What's the general policy regarding this?

Does a mod become legal for private play as soon as it passes the three month threshold, even if the database update is late?  Or does the mod become legal only when the database is updated?
