That is a variable, since these specials are setup to play at 2 cons in each region before the general release.... Depends on which cons get the go-ahead during the limited release time, and which con or cons you are planning on going to. I know that SPEC1-1 was not at cons that were well-positioned for me in my region, and, worse yet, both cons were on the same weekend...
