#1 Limond Mar 02, 2011 22:19:37	I am thinking of running SPEC3-1 Infestation, and for the final combat encounter when in the stream the damage done is said to be average level ongoing damage. Is that the encounter level (ie 2/4/6/8/10), or player level, or average player level of all around? Or is there some other table that has this information (I know the new DM screen has data for nonspecified attacks but not for ongoing.)

The new LFR Community forum, which is moderated by the LFR staff (and many of the authors), would likely give you a much better chance of getting an answer to your question.  I'd suggest re-posting your question there.
